Return Policy

At Twinkle & Twill, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we offer a 30days return policy (after receiving the item) on all regularly priced items.

Please note that you may return or exchange your purchase only so long as the items are in new, salable condition (have not been worn, altered, or washed) and all the original tags are still attached. We do not accept returns that have not met these conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

We will send an email to confirm after your return request. To make sure a return or exchange, please include a copy of your original invoice with instructions for the return or exchange. Shipping cost at purchase is non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.  If the items are over $75, please consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please note: Twinkle&Twill is not responsible for lost package.

As soon as we receive your return, inspected and approved the item as the conditions described above, we will credit the original payment account within 1-3 business days. It may take some time before your refund is officially showing on your account.

Reduced price items are final sale. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchange

Please contact us at twinkletwinkle@twinkleandtwill.com for your exchange request. We suggest returning the current item and make a separate purchase order for a faster solution.
